DIGITAL TOOLS & DOWNLOADS
How do I receive my digital products?
All digital tools are delivered instantly to your email after purchase. You’ll receive:
• A download link
• A backup email from Shopify
• Lifetime access to your files
I didn’t receive my download — what do I do?
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder first.
If it’s not there, message me — I’ll resend your files manually and calmly.
You will never lose access to your Dreamscape tools.
Can I print the digital tools?
Yes! All Dreamscape digital items are printable.
You can print at home, use a print shop, or upload to an online printer.
Everything is designed to be ink-friendly and accessible.

How long does delivery take?
Each box is packed gently by hand.
Shipping normally takes 5-7 working days, depending on energy levels and demand. Please remember orders from Avon may take alittle longer.
Are your items sensory-friendly?
Yes — Dreamscape items are chosen with:
• soft textures
• gentle scents
• calm colours
• ND-friendly packaging
If you have sensory needs, message me — I’ll always try to tailor your box.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes — you can add optional gift extras at checkout (sage ribbon, calm tag, gift pouch, small extras).
AVON X Dreamscape FAQ
How long do Avon orders take to arrive?
Avon delivery times can vary slightly from normal Dreamscape shipping.
Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on Avon’s dispatch schedule.
If I’m waiting for my Avon delivery to arrive before I can pack your items, there may be a small delay — but I will always keep you updated.
Can I order directly through your Avon website?
Yes — absolutely!

Ordering directly is perfect if you want faster delivery, more product choice, or direct dispatch from Avon’s warehouse.
You’re welcome to order:
- directly on the Avon site
- OR through Dreamscape, where I handle everything personally.
Whichever feels easier for you.
Do Dreamscape items and Avon items arrive together?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
It depends on whether I already have the Avon item in stock or if I’m waiting for my next delivery.
If items are ready at different times, they may be posted separately so you don’t have to wait.
Do you keep Avon products in stock?
I keep some Avon favourites on hand, but many items are ordered in based on customer choices.
If Avon has a delay or an item is temporarily unavailable, I’ll let you know and offer:
✔ a replacement
✔ a refund
✔ or to wait for restock
Whatever feels most supportive for you.
Can I order Avon and Dreamscape items together?
Not at the moment.
Only bundles and packages that specifically include Avon items can be ordered through Dreamscape.

What happens if Avon delays my order?
If Avon delays their dispatch, I’ll update you right away with a realistic time frame.
Your order will be posted as soon as your Avon items arrive with me.
Can I return Avon products?
Yes — unopened Avon items can be returned within 14 days.
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded quickly.

Are Avon products included in your self-care boxes?
Some Dreamscape self-care boxes include Avon favourites — especially calming or sensory-friendly items.
Everything included will always be listed in the product description, unless in mystery boxes.

Digital gift cards are emailed instantly and can be used on any product — digital or physical.

What is the Dreamscape Community Hub?
The Dreamscape Community Hub includes two spaces:
🌿 An in-person hub in Heanor & surrounding areas
💻 And an online hub for people who want calm, connection, and support from home.
Both hubs are designed to be low-pressure, neurodivergent-inclusive, and gentle for real energy levels.
Where is the in-person hub located?
The in-person hub will be based in Heanor, Derbyshire, welcoming people from all surrounding areas such as:
Loscoe, Langley Mill, Shipley, Eastwood, Ilkeston, Ripley & nearby villages.
The full address will be shared once the venue is confirmed.
What is the Online Community Hub?
The Online Hub is a calm digital space where you can access:
• gentle support
• modules, tools & guides
• low-pressure community interaction
• ND-friendly resources
• kindness projects
• self-paced learning
It’s perfect if:
✨ you can’t attend in-person
✨ you need spoon-friendly connection
✨ you prefer quiet digital community
✨ you want support from home
Do I need to be neurodivergent to join the hubs?
No.
Both spaces are designed with ND needs in mind, but are open to anyone who prefers softer, low-pressure environments.
Do I need to book to attend in-person sessions?
Some sessions will require booking (crafts/workshops).
Others may be walk-in friendly.
Everything will be clearly labelled.
Is the in-person hub sensory-friendly?
Yes — it is built to be a calm space with:
• low lighting
• soft colours
• quiet corners
• low noise
• stim-friendly seating
• freedom to move or rest
• no forced interaction

Is the Online Hub sensory-friendly?

Some in-person sessions are free.
Some have a small cost to cover materials or venue space.

Can I suggest ideas or activities?
Yes!
Dreamscape is community-built.
You can always suggest topics, sessions, or resources — online or in-person.
Do I have to talk or join in?
No — never.
Both the in-person hub and the online hub are zero-pressure.
You can:

• read
• listen
• observe
• or join in when you’re ready
You are always welcome without speaking.
What if I feel overwhelmed during an in-person session?
You can:
• step outside
• take a quiet break
• sit in the low-sensory area
• come back later
• or leave whenever you need
No one will question you or draw attention.
What if I feel overwhelmed in the Online Hub?
You can browse quietly, skip posts, mute notifications, or return whenever you have spoons.
The hub is designed so you never fall behind.
Is the hub accessible?
Accessibility (parking, step-free access, toilets) will be listed once the venue is confirmed.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & SUPPORT
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Digital files can’t be returned, so they are non-refundable —
but if you ever have an issue or feel unsure, please message me and I’ll always support you kindly.
What if my physical order arrives damaged?
Email me a photo and your order number — I’ll replace or refund with care and no stress.
Do you offer support for business or affiliate courses?
Yes — Dreamscape also supports people who want to build gentle online income, grow an online presence, or expand a business at their own pace.
