Hi lovely, I’m Marybeth — the founder of Dreamscape Inclusive Solutions.

I’m a 25-year-old ADHD/autistic, chronically-ill creator from Heanor who’s passionate about making life feel softer, calmer, and more manageable for people like us.

After years of masking, burnout, and being told to “just cope,” I started Dreamscape to build something different — a gentle, neuro-inclusive space where you can explore resources, feel understood, and grow at your own pace.


Everything here is created with real lived experience, real empathy, and real support.

  • I bring both professional learning and lived experience into everything I create at Dreamscape Inclusive Solutions.

    I hold qualifications in Understanding ADHD and Understanding Autism, giving me a strong foundation in:

    • ADHD and autistic traits in adults
    • Sensory processing differences
    • Executive functioning and emotional regulation
    • Masking, burnout, and late diagnosis experiences
    • Communication styles and social fatigue
    • Creating safe, flexible, low-pressure environments
    • Practical ways to support neurodivergent adults in everyday life

    Combined with my own lived experiences — including my ADHD diagnosis and years navigating sensory needs, fatigue, and “spoon theory” — this helps me create resources, tools, and communities that feel genuinely inclusive, gentle, and supportive.

Our Story – The Heart Behind Dreamscape Inclusive Solutions

Dreamscape Inclusive Solutions began as a moment of truth.
After years of masking, burnout, ADHD overwhelm, sensory overload and chronic fatigue, Marybeth realised that she could no longer force herself to live at the pace the world demanded.

She needed a life built around her energy, not against it.Dreamscape was born from that shift.

It became a calm, supportive space for real people with real limits.
A home for neurodivergent minds, chronically ill bodies, and overwhelmed hearts who needed gentler tools and softer support.
